Scrip Dividend Reference Price
Further to the release of the Company's Half-Yearly Results on 03 August 2022, the Company announces that the Scrip Reference Share Price for the 2022 interim dividend, payable on 19 September 2022, is 80.5 pence. Defined terms in this announcement are as defined in the Scrip Dividend Terms and Conditions which are available on the Company's website at https://www.ipgroupplc.com/investor-relations/shareholder-information/scripdividend.
The Scrip Reference Share Price is the price at which the Company's Ordinary Shares will be issued to shareholders who have elected to receive dividends in the form of newly issued, fully paid shares in the Company in lieu of cash through participation in the optional Scrip Dividend Scheme.
The Scrip Reference Share Price is the average of the mid closing price of the Company's Ordinary Shares, as derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List, for the five dealing days commencing on the relevant ex-dividend date (being 11, 12, 15, 16 and 17 August 2022).
Any shareholder entitled to the 2022 interim dividend who has not already completed a Scrip Dividend Mandate Form or a Dividend Election Input Message in CREST and is intending to do so, should refer to the Scrip Dividend Scheme Terms and Conditions.
The final time and date for receipt of Scrip Dividend Mandates and Dividend Election Input Messages in CREST is 5:00pm on 26 August 2022.
