IP Group plc, through Top Technology Ventures Limited, ceased to manage The North East Technology Fund L.P. (the "Fund") on 22 January 2020. Following the expiry of the Fund's life and the agreement governing IP Group plc's management of the Fund, the Fund's holding in Applied Graphene Materials plc was distributed to the Fund's investor partner, North East Finance (Holdco) Limited. As a result, the Fund's 4.18% holding in Applied Graphene Materials plc, which was previously aggregated with IP Group's holding (as an indirect holding), ceased to be an indirect holding of IP Group plc on 22 January 2020.
