Annual Report and Financial Statements 2023 / notice of ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024
International Personal Finance plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements 2023 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 have today been posted to shareholders who elected to receive them in hard copy form.
The following documents will be available from 7.00 am on Tuesday 26 March 2024 on the Company's website (http://www.ipfin.co.uk/en/investors/shareholder-centre/annual-general-meeting.html):
