Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that it has today purchased 200,000 of its own ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), consisting of 2,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of £5.65 per share and 197,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of £5.70 per share for cancellation. The Company purchased these Ordinary Shares through Cenkos Securities plc acting as its broker.

Following cancellation of the Ordinary Shares purchased, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM will be reduced to 49,544,515. This figure of 49,544,515 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
