Director's Shareholding

The Company was notified on 11 December 2015 that Derek O'Neil, Non-executive Director and his wife sold a total of 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 800 pence per share on 11 December 2015. Following this transaction, Derek O'Neil's total interest in Impellam is 446,089 ordinary shares (including his wife's holding of 268,276 ordinary shares), which represents, in aggregate, approximately 0.9% of the issued share capital.
