Iomart Group PLC27 September 2006 iomart Group PLC (the "Company") Result of the Scrip Dividend Alternative and Directors' shareholdings iomart Group plc announces that under the Company's scrip dividend schemeshareholders representing 45.02 per cent. of the ordinary shares in issueelected to receive shares in lieu of cash in respect of all or part of the finaldividend for the twelve months to 31 March 2006. Under the terms of the scripdividend, electing shareholders receive new ordinary shares of 1p each ("NewOrdinary Shares") at an effective price of 69 pence per share in lieu of thefinal dividend of 3 pence per share. Application has been made for 1,522,995 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted totrading on AIM. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company'sexisting ordinary shares and dealings are expected to commence on 2 October2006. Following admission there will be 79,332,635 shares in issue.
