Director's Shareholding
iomart (AIM:IOM), the secure cloud services company, has been notified on 2 October 2024, by Angus MacSween, Non-Executive Director, that he exercised 117,480 unapproved options of 1 pence each
and retained them in shares. Following this transaction, Angus MacSween's beneficial interest is
17,460,889 Ordinary Shares representing 15.533% of the total voting rights in the Company.
