Director's Shareholding
iomart Group plc received notification today that Sarah Haran, director of the Company, on 3 July 2009 acquired 479,240 ordinary shares of 1p each following an exercise of options at an exercise price of 5p per share under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme .
Following the above transaction, Sarah Haran now holds 1,224,944 ordinary shares representing 1.25 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
The shares, which were acquired by Ms Haran as well as other options exercised by employees, were from shares held in Treasury. Consequently, iomart's issued share capital now consists of 97,775,415 ordinary shares with voting rights as at 3 July 2009 and 2,463,887 shares held in Treasury.
The above figure 97,775,415 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, iomart under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
