Block Listing Cancellation
iomart (AIM:IOM), the secure cloud services company, previously made block listing applications in respect of an approved option and EMI option scheme.
The block listing application which was applied for on 8 September 2003 included 1,655,855 ordinary 1p shares under an approved scheme and 2,748,000 ordinary 1p shares under an enterprise management incentive scheme. The block listing, which was applied for on 16 March 2006, included a further 603,818 ordinary 1p shares under an enterprise management incentive scheme.
The Company today confirms that all options in respect of the enterprise management scheme and the approved scheme have now lapsed and the plans have closed. As a result, the block listings have been cancelled.
