iomart Group plc (AIM:IOM), the cloud computing company, announces that Andrew Taylor, independent Non-Executive Director, has notified the Board of his intention to resign as a director of the Company, effective 31 December 2022 driven by his growing portfolio of business commitments. The Nomination Committee is undertaking a search for a replacement independent Non-Executive Director, with the intention for the search to be completed by the Company's financial year end.
