Director's Dealings

Iofina announces that Dr David Schneider, Chief Executive Officer, and his wife, Julie Schneider have each transferred to their adult sons, 28,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. As a result of these transactions, the beneficial interest of Dr Schneider, which includes those Ordinary Shares held by his wife, is now 7,444,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.13 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
