For Immediate Release 09 April 2014 INTERNETQ PLC ('InternetQ', the 'Group' or the 'Company') Issue of Equity and Director Dealing InternetQ plc, a leading provider of mobile marketing and digital entertainmentsolutions for mobile network operators and brands, announces that on 09 April2014 a total of 27,302 new ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Companywere issued at £3.80 per new ordinary share to the following non-executivedirectors of the Company, namely Timothy Grainger Weller, Michael GordonJolliffe, Iain Barrie Johnston, Robert James Beveridge and Harris Jones. These shares were issued under the Non-Executive Directors' Deferred Share Planand satisfied their respective elements of annual fee which is payable inshares.
