InternetQ plc (the "Company"), one of the leading providers of mobile marketing and entertainment solutions, announces that it received notification today that Mr. Iain Johnston, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.25p each at a price of 298p per share today.
As a result of this transaction Mr. Johnston holds 40,832 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights in InternetQ, which represents 0.12% of InternetQ's issued share capital.
