Board Update

Inspired (AIM: INSE), the UK's leading energy and sustainability advisor, announces that, after more than eight years as a Non-Executive Director, with the last four years as the Non-Executive Chairman of Inspired, Richard Logan has informed the Board that he intends to step down with effect from the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held in June 2025.

The Board would like to thank Richard for the pivotal role he has played in helping guide Inspired over many years. A process to appoint Richard's successor is being progressed and the Company will make a further update in due course.

Mark Dickinson, CEO commented: "The Board and I would like to sincerely thank Richard for the leadership, dedication and guidance he has provided. Since joining the Board in 2017, he has made a material contribution as Inspired developed from its early years as a TPI energy broker to that of the UK's leading energy and sustainability advisor. In particular, his experience and contribution was invaluable over the past few years as the Group navigated the Covid-19 pandemic and energy crisis."

Richard Logan commented: "As I am in my ninth year at Inspired, and just short of my fifth as Chairman, the upcoming AGM feels an appropriate time to step down from the Board. I leave the Company with firm foundations in place to deliver against its growth strategy. The Company has a robust pipeline supported by a significantly improved balance sheet. It has been a pleasure to be involved in Inspired's growth journey to date and I am confident the Company will continue to thrive in the years to come."
