Board Changes

Inspired Energy plc (AIM: INSE), a leading UK energy procurement consultant to UK corporates and SMEs, is pleased to announce that Paul Connor has been appointed to the Board as Finance Director with immediate effect.

Paul joined the Company as Head of Finance in September 2013. He currently leads the day-to-day finance function of the business and works closely with the Board, successfully supporting David Foreman, who since AIM admission has worked as Finance Director on a part time basis.

In conjunction with the appointment, David Foreman will remain on the Board, taking the position of Corporate Development Director, which he will carry out on a part time consultative basis. David's focus will be predominantly on identifying and securing potential acquisitions for the Group, along with a continued involvement in investor communications and relations.

Paul qualified as a chartered accountant in 2009 before going on to hold senior finance positions within two growing national legal services providers, Weightmans LLP and Forster Dean Limited, during a period of rapid change within the sector.

The amendments to the Board composition more accurately reflect the current operational and functional roles and responsibilities of David and Paul within the business and we believe this is a timely step that is line with the Group's ambitions to grow the business. (b) Mr Connor is aged 30; and
