Changes to Director Roles and Responsibilities
International Public Partnerships Limited (the 'Company' or 'INPP') announces that, following their appointment to the Board of INPP on 10 January 2020, Sally-Ann David and Meriel Lenfestey have been appointed to each of the Audit & Risk Committee, Investment Committee, Management Engagement Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
