("Inland Homes", the "Company" or the "Group")

Update on audit timetable

 

Inland Homes provides an update on the anticipated timetable for completion of the audit of the Group's annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2022.

Following the announcement made on 11 April 2023, FRP Advisory Trading Limited has made good progress with its independent review of the related party issues and any other relevant matters. Matters arising are being reviewed by PwC. Whilst in its announcement on 11 April 2023 Inland Homes estimated that the audit could be completed during June 2023 it is now of the view that the audit process will take longer than this to complete.
