Land update
('Inland' or the 'Company')
Inland PLC is pleased to announce that the deferred consideration payment of £7,008,250 due on 25 March 2011 on the project at West Drayton has now been paid to Defence Estates. In accordance with the Option and Development Services Agreement with Drayton Garden Village Ltd, Inland's profit share from this project now increases from 41.96% to 58.19% as a result of this payment.
