The Company was advised on 26 April 2019 that Nishith Malde, Finance Director, sold 30,600 ordinary 10 pence shares to his Qualifying Non-UK Pension Scheme at a price of 61.0p per share. Mary Malde, Nishith Malde's wife, has also sold 30,600 ordinary 10 pence shares to Nishith Malde's Qualifying Non-UK Pension Scheme at a price of 61.0p per share.
Following these transactions, Nishith Malde's resulting beneficial holding remains unchanged at 10,741,529 ordinary shares.
