Grant of Options
The Company notifies that, on 9 December 2019, it has made the following grants of options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Options") under the Company's EMI share option scheme to Scott Winner, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Jon Sheffield, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, in order to incentivise delivery of the strategic goals of the business. Details of the grants are set out below:

The Options will vest in three years' time subject to achievement of EBITDA performance targets set by the Board. The exercise price for the Options has been set at 73.5 pence per share, being the closing middle market price on the reference date for the option grant.
