Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company has been notified today that on 27 September 2013, Mark Rowse, a non-executive director of the Company, sold from his Self Invested Personal Pension and bought into his own name his entire holding of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), being 273,277 Shares representing approximately 3.25 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The transaction was effected at 467.5p per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Rowse's interest in Shares remains unchanged.
