Directorate Update

Further to the announcement from 1 August 2016, the Company has been notified of the following additional directorships for Henrik Holmström.

Mr Holmström was also previously a director of Ylopolop AB, Atex Holdings Sweden AB, Atex Media Holding Sweden AB and Futurnitura AB in the last five years.

There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM rules for Companies in respect of Henrik Holmström's appointment.
