AGM statement and contract wins

Ingenta plc (AIM: ING), a leading provider of software and services to the global publishing industry, is pleased to issue a trading update ahead of today's Annual General Meeting.

The Company is pleased to announce two key contract wins for its content distribution platform. These contracts have a total combined value of approximately £2 million over a five-year period with implementation revenue due to commence in the second half of 2023. The wins have secured a significant proportion of the Group's new sales targets for 2023.

Scott Winner, CEO of Ingenta, commented: "The deals announced today show further progress in the Group's drive to expand its business development activities and follow on from the previously reported media customer win for the Group's Commercial IP management product. The latest deals include another addition to our growing NGO client base and a prestigious, globally recognised US scientific publisher."

The Company's interim results are expected to be announced in September 2023 and the Board remains confident in the outlook for the year and that the Company will report results for the year ended 31 December 2023, comfortably in line with market expectations.
