Pursuant to Rule 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Infinis Energy plc (""the Company") announces that Christopher Cole, the Company's Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as the Non-Executive Director of Redcentric plc with effect immediate effect and will take over as Non-Executive Chairman of Redcentric plc on 1 September 2014.
