INFINIS ENERGY PLC ("INFINIS") 

Block Listing Application

Application has been made to the UKLA and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 600,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of Infinis.

The application is being made in respect of shares that will be issued by Infinis pursuant to block listings for the Infinis Energy plc Share Incentive Plan.
