Share Options Granted
InfraStrata plc (AIM:INFA) announces that as part of its annual salary review it has granted options over 2,558,945 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 10.46p per Ordinary Share (being the average middle-market closing price on the three days immediately preceding the date of grant) to all employees and Directors under the terms of the Company Share Option Plan. The options issued represent 2.81% of the total issued share capital of the Company. These options are not exercisable until 1 January 2014. The grant of options included the following grants to Directors:
