InfraStrata plc (AIM: INFA), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset lifecycle management, announces that Judith Tweed, a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") purchased 3,590,457 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 30 April 2020 at a purchase price 0.275 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Judith Tweed has a total beneficial interest in 6,715,457 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
