InfraStrata plc (AIM: INFA), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset lifecycle management, announces that John Wood, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 June 2021 at a purchase price of 26.065 pence per Ordinary Share.
