Director's Shareholding 

InfraStrata plc (the "Company") was informed today that Dr Andrew Hindle, an Executive Director of InfraStrata plc, has today transferred 252,950 ordinary shares from his personal name at 5.93p per share to his Self Invested Pension Plan at 5.93p per share.

Dr Hindle's total beneficial shareholding in InfraStrata remains unchanged at 7,172,625 ordinary shares, representing 7.88% of the issued and voting share capital of the Company.
