Share option exercise and sale to cover
Directors Dealings
Informa (LSE: INF.L), the international Academic Markets, B2B Markets and Digital Services Group today confirmed the recent share option exercise and sale transactions by Patrick Martell, Group Chief Operating Officer.
Following the exercise and sale, Patrick holds 491,383 shares and unvested options in the Company, equal to c.380% of salary at the 16 January closing price.
