This announcement should be read in conjunction with the announcement issued on 15 March 2022: 2021 Full Year Results.
Informa's 2022 AGM will be held on Thursday 16 June at the Company's office at 240 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 8BF. The full list of resolutions being proposed at the AGM will be published in the Notice of AGM in early May.
