Management changes

 

Indus Gas Limited (AIM:INDI.L), an oil & gas exploration and development company with assets in India, announces that John Scott, Finance Director, has tendered his notice to resign his employment with the Group, which has been accepted with immediate effect.

 

We have been considering for some time the best composition for the Board, given the significant growth in the Group over recent years. We are in the process of seeking to complement the Board, at both the executive and non-executive level. Further details will be released, in due course.
