Director's Dealing

The Company was notified yesterday that Chris Lea, Chief Financial Officer, transferred 30,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Mrs Diane Lea for nil consideration.

Following this transfer, Chris Lea and his immediate family's beneficial interest remains unchanged at 39,344 Ordinary Shares representing 0.54 per cent. of IndigoVision's issued voting share capital.
