IndigoVision Group plc announces that Robert Cathery, Non Executive Director, retired from the board at today's annual general meeting ("AGM"). Having given 10 years of service to the Company, Robert decided not to stand for re-election. At the AGM, the Chairman, Hamish Grossart paid tribute to Robert's excellent contribution to the Company during his 10 years on the board.
