Board Change
On 18 April 2017, the Company announced Hamish Grossart's intention to retire as non-executive Chairman of IndigoVision and subsequently announced that George Elliott was appointed Chairman of the Company with effect from 1 July 2017. The Company can now confirm that Hamish Grossart retired from the Board on 31 July 2017.
Mr Grossart said "It has been a privilege to serve as a Director and Chairman of IndigoVision for over 20 years and I leave in the knowledge that the company has an experienced Chairman and a strong Board, and an executive team well led by Chief Executive Officer Marcus Kneen."
Commenting on Hamish's retirement George Elliott, Chairman of IndigoVision, said: "On behalf of the Board and the whole Company, I would like to thank Hamish for his leadership and the substantial contribution he has made to the Company over many years. His experience and advice, coupled with his deep commitment to the success of the business, have been invaluable. He leaves the business well positioned to capitalise on the significant opportunities that lie ahead."
