Total Voting Rights
The Ince Group plc (AIM: INCE), which provides legal, accounting, financial services, consulting and pensions advice services, announces that the issued share capital of the Company at the date of this announcement comprises 288,034,217 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 288,034,217.
The figure of 288,034,217 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
