GORDON DADDS GROUP PLC (the "Company")
Significant Shareholder Transaction
The Company has been informed that Robert Biles, a shareholder holding 933,239 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company (Ordinary Shares) (3.3% of the Company's ordinary share capital), yesterday transferred 360,715 Ordinary Shares to be held on trust as collateral for the commitments of an entity in which he is interested.
As a result of this transaction Robert Biles' registered holding is now 572,524 Ordinary Shares (2.0% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital) and he continues to be interested in all 933,239 Ordinary Shares.
