EBT Transfer
The Company was notified on 23 September 2009 by the trustees of Louvre Trust (Guernsey) Limited, the trustees of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), that, on 23 September 2009, the EBT transferred for nil consideration 87,500 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to a former employee of the Company.
Following this transfer, the EBT holds 2,571,473 Ordinary Shares representing 8.98 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
