Work Group Plc (the "Company")

EBT Purchase 

The Company was notified on 29 October 2009 by the trustees of Louvre Trust (Guernsey) Limited, the trustees of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), that, on 28 October 2009, the EBT purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10 pence per Ordinary Share. 

Following this purchase, the EBT holds 3,571,473 Ordinary Shares representing 12.5 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
