Simon Howard, Executive Chairman of Work Group, commented: "Work Group continues to make real progress and we are pleased that all theresolutions were passed and in particular that the company will be paying itsfirst dividend. In our preliminary results announcement in March we stated our intention toestablish an office in New York and I am pleased to report that this has nowopened. Part of the rationale for this development was that it would supportexisting client relationships and, in particular, a global campus marketingcontract. In the course of 2007 the Company has won two further global contractsand, without doubt, our presence in New York aided our competitive offering forthese new clients. In line with our 2007 plans we have increased our investment in sales andbusiness development activities, expanding both our telemarketing operation andthe number of senior front line business developers. Although it is still earlydays, we are optimistic that some of the new business opportunities created willconvert to additional income later in 2007. We continue to look for acquisitions that would augment our existing activitiesand add value for shareholders, focusing principally on companies that wouldextend our reach by offering related services to employers. We are constantly indialogue with a range of prospects and remain committed to building the Companyboth organically and acquisitively.
