Result of AGM
At the Insetco AGM held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed, save for Resolution 5, relating to the authority to allot shares under s 570 of the Companies Act 2006, which was withdrawn before the meeting.
At the meeting Clive Cooke, Chief Executive, confirmed that the Company is continuing to progress towards the launch of its first SLS Issuance Programme on or before 30 June 2011.
