The Board is pleased to advise the appointment of Clive John Cooke as an executive Director with immediate effect.
Mr Cooke, aged 52, was Deputy Chairman of City Index Limited where he previously acted as Chief Executive.
Mr Cooke was also on the boards of the following companies:
Binexx.com Limited
IFX Group Limited
Market Maker (UK) Limited
Financial Spreads Limited
Commenting on the Board appointment, Charles Woodworth, Chairman of Insetco said:
"We welcome Clive to the Board and are delighted that he has agreed to join as an executive director with special responsibility for developing and marketing new products based on derivatives written on Life Insurance policies under the terms of the licence agreement with Dematco Inc. We believe that Clive's experience in marketing both equity and fixed income products will provide a significant boost to Insetco's business and enable us to open up new markets."
