Admission of Shares to Trading

 

 

Insetco announces that Antony Batty & Company LLP has exercised warrants over 365,170 Insetco ordinary shares at a price of 0.1 pence per share. In addition Charles Stanley & Co limited has exercised warrants over 900,000 Insetco ordinary shares also at 0.1 pence per share. The warrants were issued to Antony Batty and Charles Stanley in partial settlement of fees for their services in relation to the CVA and restructuring announced on 30 March 2010. As a result of the exercise these warrants the Company has received GBP1,265.

 

Application has been made for the 1,265,170 Insetco new ordinary shares, representing approximately (2.23% of the enlarged issued capital), to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 18 June 2010.  The 1,265,170 Insetco new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will comprise 56,614,422 ordinary shares.
