Close High Income Properties PLC30 June 2006 CLOSE HIGH INCOME PROPERTIES PLC 'D' Share Offer - Final Allotment Close High Income Properties PLC ("the Company") announces that by 10.00 am on30 June 2006, its 'D' Share Offer had received further applications for8,007,836 'D' Shares. These 8,007,836 'D' Shares have been allotted and areexpected to be admitted to the Official List and dealings to commence on theLondon Stock Exchange's market for listed securities on 3 July 2006. These 'D'Shares will not be eligible for the second interim dividend for the periodending 30 June 2006 which is expected to be announced on 10 July 2006 andpayable on 31 July 2006. In all other respects these 'D' Shares rank pari passuwith the existing 'D' Shares. Until the 'D' Shares which rank for the dividendfor the period ending 30 June 2006 are trading ex-entitlement, the newlyallotted 'D' Shares will trade as a separate line of stock under ISIN CodeGB00B188SB90 . All of the 'D' Shares in issue will be eligible for the thirdinterim dividend for the period ending 30 September 2006 which is expected to beannounced and paid in October 2006. The 'D' Share offer has now closed. The Company has issued a total of 24,568,948'D' Shares under the offer. The Company has the right to issue a further2,456,894 'D' Shares under the Company's Articles of Association.
