All shares in IMImobile plc previously held by Spark India Ltd have been transferred to Spark Ventures plc - the parent company of Spark India Ltd.

Additionally Spark Ventures plc has today transferred 228,467 shares to a former employee who has signed binding legal documents equivalent to the lock-in and orderly market agreements entered into by Spark at the time of the admission of the Company's issued share capital to AIM as described in the Company's AIM admission document.
