Director/PDMR Shareholding
Immotion Group (AIM:IMMO), the UK-based immersive virtual reality out-of-home entertainment group, has been notified on 1 August 2019 of the following Director/PDMR dealings in its shares.
M Capital Ventures Limited, a company of which Martin Higginson, David Marks and Sir Robin Miller, are directors and in aggregate, significant shareholders has acquired 1,212,857 Ordinary Shares at an average of 7p per share (being an investment of £85,000). All of the aforementioned are also directors of Immotion Group plc. Following this transfer M Capital Venture's total holding is 2,296,190 representing 0.92% of the Group's issued share capital. No further disclosure is required in relation to this transaction.
In addition, Megafone (UK) Ltd Retirement Benefit Scheme, a pension scheme of which Martin Higginson, CEO of the Group, is the sole beneficiary acquired 917,431 Ordinary Shares. The transfer was made from within the Higginson family, further details of which are below. Following this transfer and including the shares held by his pension scheme, Martin Higginson's total holding is 24,026,945 shares representing 9.60% of the Group's issued share capital. The Higginson family holding remains at 30,482,685, representing 12.1% of the Groups issued share capital.
Rodney Findley, a Director of the Group, acquired 583,333 Ordinary Shares, further details of which are below. Following this transfer Rodney Findley's total holding is 10,084,349 representing 4.03% of the Group's issued share capital.
The percentages above have been calculated using the Company's issued share capital today, being 250,351,584 Ordinary Shares, and therefore does not consider the Placing or Broker Option shares outlined in the announcement on 31 July 2019.
