IMMUPHARMA PLC
Grant of Options
ImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM), ("ImmuPharma" or the "Company"), the specialist drug discovery and development company, has today granted a total number of 1,600,000 share options to certain of its directors and employees representing 1.31% of ImmuPharma's Ordinary Shares and total voting rights. The exercise price for these options is 43.88 pence being the closing middle market share price on 1 June 2016. The options are exercisable between three and ten years from the date of grant.
The Company has adopted a HM Revenue & Customs approved share ownership plan (CSOP) and an unapproved share option scheme.
The amount of options granted to directors are summarised in the following table:

Following this grant of options, the total number of share options outstanding will be 3,080,000 representing 2.53% of ImmuPharma's total voting rights.
