imJack (formerly Amteus Plc) is pleased to announce that Chris White-Smith has agreed to join the board of imJack as Commercial Director following the conclusion of his contractual position with Newsquest Media Group ("Newsquest"). Chris has been Managing Director at their national sales operation, Newsquest Media Sales since 2005, responsible for the group's revenue across all platforms, including its digital network. Prior to joining Newsquest, he was Group Sales Director at Telegraph Group Limited working alongside Len Sanderson, Chief Executive of imJack. Chris brings a track record of success in media sales, and will lead the sign up of schools to imJack's product and service offerings in addition to focussing on the commercial development objectives of the Company.

Michael Abrahams, Chairman of imJack, commented "the appointment of Chris White-Smith completes the imJack team with Len Sanderson and Richard Addis, bringing a wealth of sales management and digital media experience." 

Additional Information:

Christopher Henry Maitland White-Smith, aged 45, was a director of the NRS Ltd in the last 5 years. 

Chris White-Smith currently holds 1,500,010 shares in the Company following the acquisition of The Day Limited representing 1.4% of the shares currently in issue and is entitled to participate in the earnout arrangements as set out in the Circular to shareholders dated 20th May 2009.

There are no further details in relation to the above appointment which require disclosure under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
