Suspension of Trading

The Company announces that following a dispute with its previous nominated adviser, Strand Hanson Limited, it has received a court order against the Company in respect of a claim for £62,801 together with expenses for £25,000 (the "Court Order") which is payable within 14 days.

Due to the resulting financial uncertainty of the Company, the Company has sought a temporary suspension from trading of its shares on AIM with immediate effect pending resolution of the Company's immediate working capital position and the outcome of certain business developments which the Company is currently pursuing.
