The Board of Immedia, (AIM: IME.L) the UK's leading provider of live, tailored radio and video for retail, has today been informed of the following purchases of Ordinary 10p Shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company by Directors:

Also today the Immedia Broadcasting Trustees Limited purchased 351,354 Ordinary Shares at a price of 9.5p and now has a resultant interest in 564,854 Ordinary Shares. This holding represents approximately 3.88% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
Furthermore, Mrs Fiona Ryder has today notified the Company that she no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
